About the Program
The Journey to the Sacred Self Group Coaching Program is A 7-10-week, small group coaching program that focuses on helping women dive deeper and examine themselves with the hope that they will find their unique voice, gain clarity, feel empowered to go on the journey to find their purpose and live their most authentic magnetic life. We deserve to have agency over our lives to live and work how we want, grounded in our purpose.
This was my WHY for creating this program:
-
There is no one answer to why women may feel like they lack purpose or meaning in their lives. It can vary greatly depending on individual circumstances and cultural context. However, some possible factors that may contribute to this feeling include societal expectations, patriarchal systems and discrimination, life transitions and roles, mental health, and much more.
-
Overall, women may feel like they lack purpose for a variety of complex reasons, and addressing these underlying issues can be an important step towards finding greater fulfillment and satisfaction in life.
-
Our entire lives, we set goals to reach specific pinnacles of success - money, love, family, career, etc.
-
Sometimes when we reach that level of success or close to reaching it, we may not feel as happy and pleased with our success as we thought. Therefore, we feel misaligned (imposter syndrome).
-
The job doesn’t feel quite right. The relationship doesn’t feel quite right. Even the money doesn’t feel quite right. And while we experience momentary points of happiness, it’s quickly fleeting.
-
We are not fulfilled!
-
Because we worked so hard to reach these levels of success, we try to make the best out of our situations. We therefore stay in our circumstances, feeling stuck and stagnant and accepting that we’re going to live less than a beautiful, amazing, well-deserved life.
-
As a result we feel even more lost, more confused and more distant from living a fulfilled life grounded in your purpose.
-
In the moments we feel these things and that discomfort becomes more unbearable, we hear a whisper of a call to change our lives and dive deeper to find our true selves.
-
We, as women, need to set our own standards for living and working how we want and let the world catch up to us.
-
And when we foster and encourage women to do this, we shift the paradigm for the better. We evolve our own species and break the status quo just by living in our own unique purpose.
-
When we do that, we give other women the platform and support to do the same and with ease and most importantly courage!

I know this feeling all too well, because I was there. I spent over 15 years working tirelessly towards a PR career that, at first, was exciting but after years of climbing up the corporate ladder, I was becoming less happy and more exhausted. I was hopping from moment to moment without being fully present and having less recollection of key moments in my life. Figuratively, I was sleepwalking my way through life to reach a certain level of “success”.
-
In this climb, I experienced depression and burnout regularly. In the midst of my depression and burnout, I was making reckless decisions to get some momentary gratification and ultimately returning back to that unhappy, yet familiar place over and over again.
-
Until finally I had a mental breakdown in late 2016 when my reckless decision making got the best of me and I got hit with a HUGE reality check that the life I was living was not in alignment with what made me happy.
-
That reality check was a gift in many ways because it gave me the truth that I need to see and feel to set out and figure out my shit.
-
It was at that moment that I decided to explore what made me happy and therefore lead me on my path of purpose, which brought me to where I am now.

I’m excited to begin this venture with The Journey To The Sacred Self - a 7-10 week guided program to help women find their meaning and discover their purpose to live a fulfilling life.
-
Before getting into this journey, it’s important to take a beat and define what exactly is The Sacred Self and What is Purpose Just so that we are on the same page:
WHAT THE HELL IS SACRED SELF?
-
I’m going to get a little woo woo on you, so bear with me.
-
To me, The Sacred Self is your True Self that is: your Divine, Spiritual Self. It is recognizing that we are all here on this Earth as Spiritual Beings having a Human Experience.
-
Our souls picked our bodies, this time and place to live out our unique, sacred purpose to grow our awareness, expand ourselves, and contribute positively to the world around us in our own dope way.
-
Our purpose is different from one person to the next but it’s our duty to figure out what our own unique stamp is and how we leave our unique imprint on the world.
